Abstract
from 21,116 live births. Compared to 2016 as many as 19 cases there was a significant decrease in 8 cases. Of these 11 deaths, the most were mothers aged 20-34 years like 8 people or 72.72%. The causes of maternal death in 2017 were 3 cases (27, 27%) due to hypertension in pregnancy such as preeclampsia and eclampsia, 3 cases (27.27%) other factors, 2 cases (18.18%) bleeding, 2 cases (18, 18%) due to infection and 1 case (9, 09%) due to heart. Data from the Donorojo Public Health Center in Donorojo District, Jepara Regency in 2017 the number of cases of premature rupture of membranes in labor mothers is 25 of 340 normal deliveries. Objective: To carry out midwifery care in pathological labor cases with rupture of membranes using the Hellen Varney method. Method: Descriptive with an Observational approach. Subjects of maternal re-birth with premature rupture of membranes at Donorojo Health Center. How to collect data through observation, interviews, physical examination, literature study and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively based on 7 steps of Varney and SOAP. Result: Mrs. L, age 20 years, G1 P0 A0, with premature rupture of membranes in the first phase of latency with 2 hours of premature rupture of membranes. Conclusion: Mrs. L, age 20 years, G1 P0 A0 with premature rupture of membranes after midwifery care has been carried out, results in normal birth.
