Abstract

Press injury is an injury that is localized to the skin and / or tissue underneath usually above the bony prominence, as a result of pressure, or a combination of pressure and friction. Press injury is caused by a disruption of circulatory circulation to the tissues, causing damage or disruption of skin integrity and mechanical stress to the tissues, which results in local ischemia. Non-pharmacological management is by giving the right tilt and left tilt every two hours. Management of the right and left sloping position is done to reduce the formation of decubitus. The research method used by the researcher is Descriptive Study with a qualitative approach. Descriptive method is a method used to describe or analyze a research result but is not used to make broader conclusions. Decubitus Measurement Using the Braden Scale measured daily. Therefore, nurses can find out whether the braden scale score is increasing or not. Keywords: Decubitus, 2-Hour Baring, Braden Scale Score
