Abstract

The research purpose to analyze the factors that influence murabahah financing in islamic banking, namely third party funds, non performing financing (NPF), murabahah margin, capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and inflation. This study used purposive sampling in the selection of samples and obtined four islamic commercial banks, namely Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah, Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Muamalat, in which each bank has publised quarterly financial statements in 2012 to 2016. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical test results show that the variables of third party funds have a positive and significant effect on murabahah financing wiyh a value of t count of 12,771 and a significant value of 0,000. The variable margin murabahah also has a positive and significant effect on murabahah financing with t count of 3,443 and significance of 0,001. While inflation has negative and significant effect on murabahah financing with t value of -3,300 and significant 0,002. For non performing financing and capital adequacy ratio variable does not affect murabahah financing with each NPF t count of 1,924 with a significant 0,058 and t count CAR 0f 0,076 with a significant 0,940. These five variables have a significant value 0f 0,000 < 0,05 so that is affects murabahah financing.
