Abstract

Transformasional leadership is the ability of leader to influence the subordinates so as the achiev the purposes and do something have the appoprite. Transformasional leadership have five characteristic, charismatic, idealist influence, inspirasional motivation, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration. The purpose of this research is to know transformational leadership lecturer in psyche nursing and maternity classroom management at the University of Muhammadiyah Semarang. These research was conducted on 5 Februari 2017 to 75 S1 students of Nursing Reguler Class on 5 semester and S1 students of Nursing Cross Paths. The kind of these research is descriptive with observational method and cross sectional appoarch. The sample is non probably sampling of type also the technique is saturated sampling. The result of this research is the value of lecturer with 54 less category frequency (18.0%), 197 medium category frequency (65.7%), 49 good category frequency (16.3%). And from the third category indicate the good values. Based on five chacarteristic on the top, charismatic characteristic have the highest value is 16.3 % more than another characteristic.
