Abstract

Tuberculosis is still to be a word health problem, it cause many suffereres of tuberculosis were fail to recovered.In Klareyan Public Health Center since year 2011 till 215 it happen decreacing of treatment succes, This problem related to obey of patient degree on going treatment is low. There are factors that cause of unobedience, they are education, conviction of to medical intervence and patien perseption. The aim of this research is to know relation between patient perseption and treatment bedience of patien tuberculosis lung in Klareyan Public Health Center in Pemalang regency on year 2016. Using a cross sectional design wiht limit sense of ninetyfive percen. Independe variables in this research are perceived severity. perceived susceptibility, perceived benefit and perceived barier. While dependent variable is obedience of treatmen. The result of this research show that there is significant relation between perceived severity and treatment obedience (p=0,00). perceived susceptibility with treatment obedience (p=0,044). have a significant perceived benefit wiht a treatment obedience (p=0,001). There is not a significant relationship between perceived barier and treatment obedience (p=0,093). The advice of this research to the public health center is prevention of tuberculosis program not only to be responsbility of P2 and the other program to involve in hove visit. To organizer of P2, before doing treament to the patient, please ask explanation completely to the official before doing of treatment Key word : perseption, obediece
