Abstract

This research is purposed to analyze the influence of Human Resource Competence (X1), Risk Management (X2), Management Efficiency (X3) on Market Performance (Y) on Indonesian National Banks listed on the BEI until 2015 with a period of observation for 4 years (2012- 2015). Data used in this research is secondary data. The sample is chosen by purposive sampling method. The number of banks has similiar criteria there of research there are 25 banks. Method of analysis uses linear regression worship. Thus the total population is 100 (25 banks x 4 years). The results of this study indicate that the variable of Human Resource Competence, Risk Management simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesia National Banking Market Performance listed on BEI. While only partially Management Efficiency variables that have no significant effect on the Performance of Indonesian National Banking Market listed on the Stock Exchange.
