Abstract

Pre eclamsia is a disorder that occurs in the third trimester of pregnancy and regresses after birth marked by hypertension, oedem, proteinurea.to prevent complication effect of pre eclamsia, there are several ways to control it by nonpharmacological therapies like listening the holy quran (recitation). purpose of this research is to know is there any influence of recitation surrah ar-rahman toward blood pressure in pregnancy with pre eclamsia at genuk community health centers semarang city. this research is Quasi Experiment approches with pre test and post test, the data collection is done by Purposive Sampling using the parametrcic Paired Sampel t Test, there are 39 respondents. the result systolic blood pressure values before and after giving intervention then testedby Paired Sampel t Test and the result of p value : 0,00. while diastolic blood pressure result of value : 0,00. based on the result it can be concluded that positive perceptions obtained from murrotal Al-qur'an surrah Ar-rahman will further stimulate the hypothalamus to release the endorphine hormone that can decreased blood pressure, then there is influence of recitation surrah ar-rahman toward blood pressure in pregnancy with pre eclamsia at genuk community health centers semarang city.
