Abstract

Undaan public health center is the only one health center in the Undaan of Kudus district. Its existence is an important part of public service, which the aims to provide the best service to the public. With the existence of discipline, motivation, and a good work environment, it is expected to improve the employee performance at the Undaan public health center. The aim of this research is to determine how these factors can affect the performance of the employee in undaan public health center, using quantitative research with a descriptive approach through interviews with the employees. From the result of the research, it was found that the discipline, motivation, and a good work environment of the undaan public health center had an important role and had a positive influence on employee performance. Key words : Undaan Kudus public health center, discipline, motivation, work environment, employee performance.
