Abstract

Dr.Eny Winaryati, M.Pd., II. Dra.Yusrin, M.Pd. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan abad 21, keterampilan komunikasi, EFA,CFA Keterampilan abad-21 merpupakan keterampilan yang harus di kuasai dlam proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya adalah keterampilan komunikasi. Dibutuhkan dimensi dan indikator keterampilan komunikasi. Dalam penelitian sebelumnya terdapat 4 dimensi keterampilan komunikasi dengan 40 indikator. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) Menguji instrumen keterampilan komunikasi menggunakan Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) dan menetapkan dimensi dan indikator keterampilan komunikasi yang lebih mudah dipahami/aplikatif; (b) Menentukan model hubungan dimensi komunikasi dengan R Square dan loading factor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Exploratory Factor Analysis menghasilkan 4 dimensi keterampilan komunikasi dengan 23 indikator. Dan hasil Confirmatory Factor Analysis adalah 4 dimensi dengan 17 indikator. Adapun model yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah model campuran dan model regresi linier berganda. Pengaruh antara IKTB bersama PTID terhadap PKK sebesar 40%. Sedangkan pengaruh antara dimensi IKTB dan PTID melalui PKK terhadap DKS sebesar 96,70%. Sedangkan Pengaruh antara dimensi identifikasi komunikasi timbal balik, penggunaan teknologi informasi dan digital, penilaian keterampilan komunikasi terhadap dampak komunikasi sosial sebesar 96,70%.Sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk menguji hubungan keterpengaruhan antara dimensi untuk kedua model yang telah ditemukan. It takes dimensions and indicators of communication skills. In previous research, there were 4 dimensions of communication skills with 40 indicators. The aims of this research are (a) To test the communication skill instrument using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and to determine the dimensions and indicators of communication skills that are easier to understand/applicable; (b) Determine the relationship model of communication dimensions with R Square and loading factor. This study uses quantitative methods. The result of this research is that Exploratory Factor Analysis produces 4 dimensions of communication skills with 23 indicators. And the results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis are 4 dimensions with 17 indicators. The models obtained in this study are mixed models and multiple linear regression models. The effect between IKTB and PTID on PKK is 40%. While the influence between the dimensions of IKTB and PTID through PKK on DKS is 96.70%. Meanwhile, the influence between the dimensions of reciprocal communication identification, the use of information and digital technology, the assessment of communication skills on the impact of social communication is 96.70%. Further research should be carried out to examine the relationship of influence between the dimensions for the two models that have been found. In addition, research can also be carried out on school principals and students.
