Kata Kunci : lesson study, kemampuan penalaran matematis, model pembelajaran MEA, alat peraga blok pecahan Berdasarkan hasil wawancara diperoleh siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami permasalahan pada soal, khususnya soal cerita pada materi pecahan. Terdapat siswa yang masih belum mencapai kriteria minimal pada materi pecahan. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya inovasi guru dalam memilih model pembelajaran. Implementasi lesson study dengan model pembelajaran Means End Analysis diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Lesson study merupakan pembelajaran yang direncanakan, dilaksankan dan diamati oleh guru sehingga pembelajaran berjalan secara efektif. Model pembelajaran Means End Analysis model pembelajaran yang mengoptimalkan kegiatan pemecahan masalah, melalui pendekatan heuristik yaitu berupa rangkaian pertanyaan yang merupakan petunjuk untuk membantu siswa dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu mix methods. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SDN 2 Tambakromo. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur meliputi tes, dokumentasi, observasi, angket dan lembar pengamatan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi lesson study terlaksana dengan baik, siswa tuntas secara individual sebanyak 18 dari 20 siswa dengan rata-rata 81 dan tuntas secara kalsikal dengan presentase 90%, rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa meningkat dari 65,1 menjadi 81,0, dan terdapat pengaruh antara kemandirian belajar siswa dan keterampilan proses sebesar 78,4% terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa implementasi lesson study dengan model pembelajaran Means Ends Analysis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa pada materi pecahan. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu hendaknya guru mengimplementasikan lesson study dengan model pembelajaran lain yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran siswa. ABSTRACT Purwasih, Evi 2022. Keywords: lesson study, mathematical reasoning ability, MEA learning model, fractional block teaching aids Based on the results of the interviews, it was found that students had difficulty in understanding the problems in the questions, especially the story questions on the fractional material. There are students who still have not reached the minimum criteria in the fraction material. This is due to the lack of teacher innovation in choosing learning models. The implementation of lesson study with the Means End Analysis learning model is expected to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities. The purpose of this study was to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities. Lesson study is learning that is planned, implemented and observed by the teacher so that learning runs effectively. The Means End Analysis learning model is a learning model that optimizes problem solving activities, through a heuristic approach in the form of a series of questions which are instructions to help students solve the problems they face. This type of research is mixed methods. The sample in this study was the fifth grade students of SDN 2 Tambakromo. The sampling technique in this research is using non-probability sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using measuring instruments including tests, documentation, observations, questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of lesson study was carried out well, 18 of 20 students completed individually with an average of 81 and completed classically with a percentage of 90%, the average mathematical reasoning ability of students increased from 65.1 to 81,0, and there is an influence between student learning independence and process skills of 78.4% on mathematical reasoning abilities. Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the implementation of lesson study with the Means Ends Analysis learning model can improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities on fractional material. Suggestions that can be given are that teachers should implement lesson study with other learning models that can improve students' reasoning abilities.
