Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuanliterasi matematis sangat penting bagi pembelajaran matematika, dua diantara kemampuan literasi tersebut seperti disebutkan oleh (National Council of Teacher of Mathematics (NCTM) adalah kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan matematisasi. Berdasarkan hasil Programme for International Student Assessment(PISA) yang telah diikuti oleh Indonesia, menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi matematis siswa di Indonesia masih rendah. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa di Indonesia masih belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil PISA tahun 2018 menunjukkan lebih dari 70% siswa indonesia belum mampu untuk menggeneralisasikan suatu permasalahan secara matematis dan mengarah pada kemampuan literasi matematis. Pentingnya menyiapkan masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan global, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam pendidikan yaitu dengan meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam bidang matematika, utuk mengukur bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kreatif seseorang, dibutuhkan soal-soal tertentu yang membutuhkan analisis dan evaluasi secara mendalam. Soal yang membutuhkan analisis dan juga evaluasi adalah soal HOTS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan matematisasi siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan soal HOTS ditinjau dari kreativitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah 09 Gemuh dengan subjek yaitu siswa Putri kelas VIII C. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, wawancara, dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles-Huberman dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri kesimpulan. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu tes soal kemampuan komunikasi matematis, lembar kuisioner kreativitas, dan wawancara. Siswa dengan kategori kreativitas tinggi, subjek penelitian ST memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis, dan subjek SS hanya memenuhi tiga indikator kemampuan komunikasi matematis, Hasil analisis kemampuan matematisasi dengan kategori kreativitas tinggi dan sedang (subjek ST dan SS) memenuhi semua indikator kemampuan matematisasi, sedangkan subjek SR tidak memenuhi indicator kemampuan matematisasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa dengan kreativitas yang tinggi memiliki hasil kemampuan komunikasi matematis lebih baik, dibandingkan siswa dengan tingkat kemandirian sedang dan rendah. This study aims to determine the analysis of mathematical communication skills and mathematics of junior high school students in solving HOTS questions in terms of creativity. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 09 Gemuh Middle School with subjects namely female students in class VIII C. The data collection techniques used were tests, interviews, and questionnaires. Sampling technique using Purpose Sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used the Miles-Huberman model with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and ending with conclusions. The research instruments were tests of mathematical communication skills, creativity questionnaire sheets, and interviews. Students with high creativity category, ST research subjects met all indicators of mathematical communication ability, and SS subjects only met three indicators of mathematical communication ability. The results of the analysis of mathematical ability with high and medium creativity categories (ST and SS subjects) met all indicators of mathematical ability, while the SR subject did not meet the mathematical ability indicator. It can be concluded that students with high creativity have better mathematical communication ability results, compared to students with moderate and low levels of independence
