The mentoring program in the Peer Educator group is one of effort to prevent in order that the teenager case does not happen in the school and create the responsible students to themselves. The evaluation is done to rate the mentoring program by Pilar PKBI Central Java to Peer Educator group in SMAN 14 Semarang. The validation and the data reliabilitation use triangulation sumber and the reference material. Result: In input, the quantity and quality of SDM have been enough. The material and facilities infrastructure have supported as needed and method used be able to attract the students to understand. In process, the mentoring implementation has been good and fluent, but the montering is just done by school staff and not done systematically. In output, the program has been effective, seen by students interest, improvement and knowledge, and decreasing the KTD number in SMAN 14 Semarang. The program has not been efficient because the broadcast time allocation is still less than optimal ie students’ tiring condition and less coordination and become the pritoritized thing to be repaired by changing the mentoring execution time.
