Patients with hopovolemic shock can be seen from the hemodynamic status often found to decrease blood pressure, pulse, respiration and saturation. Aim: Describe hemodynamics in diarrhea with dehydration. Methods: Type of descriptive research using retrospective approach. The sample was 60 respondents. Results: Most respondents were 1-3 years old as many as 26 children (43.3%), male gender as much as 32 respondents (53.3%), persistent diarrhea of 40 respondents (66.7%). For the degree of dehydration was as many as 36 respondents (60.0%). temperature of 10 respondents (16,7%), respondent's nad as much as 35 respondents (58,3%), respiration rate as much as 10 respondents (16,7%) experiencing tachypnea. normal saturation 95-100% with persistent and acute diarrhea. Conclusion: Respondents who experienced persistent diarrhea were 40 respondents (66.7%).
