Abstract

High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most powerful types of killer disease in the world today, hypertension often causes changes in blood vessels, which can lead to complications in some organs such as heart, brain, kidneys. For that need handling to reduce neck pain without side effects that is handling with a combination of warm compress therapy to reduce pain. Pain is an uncomfortable sensory and emotional experience, relating to tissue damage or potential damage or describing tissue damage. Whwn the muscles feel stiff, pain or prolonged injury warm compresses are ideal first aid. Heat that effectively relives pain due to excessive muscle movement.
