Abstract

World Health (WHO) psychology for newborns exclusive breastfeeding for six months, but in some mothers do not breastfeed for reasons of breastfeeding I do not go out or just come out a little there is no need for the baby. Oxytocin massage is one solution to overcome the non-smoothness of ASI production. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oxytocin techniques on the smooth flow of breast milk in postpartum mothers. The research method used is a case study with descriptive study design. The data used is physical data. The case of the study was carried out by Mrs. R, Mrs. C, and Mrs. I discussed the stages of assessment, problem formulation, speed of nursing, implementation and evaluation. The author also uses a comparison case. The results obtained from the oxytocin massage application can help increase breast milk production in spontaneous postpartum mothers.
