Abstract

Adolescents understand bodily or physical changes as something wrong and always they are. Physical changes and teenage attention about body changes. Adolescents with low body image conditions are required to worry about themselves. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between health to increase body image in adolescents with problems with acne. The design of this study is a cross sectional study. The respondents of this study are students of SMKN 10 November of Semarang academic year 2016/2017 class X and XI yang. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The research results are available in the category of support that is 58.8%, body image mostly in the negative category that is as much as 60.8%. The results of statistical tests that exist between the social score with body image on students SMK Negeri 10 November Semarang with p value 000 000. Based on these results then parents to give attention and support to parents who have a higher personality will have more high self-confidence. Keywords: Social support, Body image.
