Abstract

CV. Renata Citra Mandiri Tour Travel transportation services companay, where the company offers tourism tour travel services between (city, province, country), event organizer, accommodation, freight transportation (cars, minibuses, buses), etc. The marketing mix strategy is expected to facilitate the marketing CV. Renata Citra Mandiri Tour Travel Semarang Central Java using qualitative type research with a descriptive approach through interviews with the director/ owner, marketing manager, and consumers around the marketing mix strategy. The results of marketing mix strategy “4P’ on the CV. Renata Citra Mandiri Semarang Branch Tour Travel went well, focusing on customes satisfaction, marketing mix consists of product, price, place, and promorion.
