The method used is spectrophotometric method. The results of this study indicate that on the examination of vitamin C content of red cherry samples have an average vitamin C level of 10.5mg / L and samples of light green cather has average vitamin C levels of 5.5 mg / L. so it can be concluded that there is a difference of vitamin C content between red kersen and young green kersen with thitung result (68,1) bigger than ttable (0,497) or (tcount> ttable).
