Abstract
The waiting time for routine blood tests and blood chemistry results are a problem that often leads some complaints of patients in some laboratories Hospital. The length of patient waiting time reflects how a Hospital manages the serving component that adjusted the hopes and situation of the patient. The good service and quality reflected from the friendly service, fast and comfortable. Waiting for a long time makes unsatisfactory. Satisfaction is a level of feeling that arises as a result of health service performance which is obtained by the patient combining from the result and expectations. This research used observational analysis research with the cross sectional approach which is conducted in RSUD Dr.S.Soetijono clinical laboratory Blora. Consecutive sampling has been used as the sampling technique with the total of respondents is 60 respondents. Test analysis and chi square test with significance level p <0,05. Research results for routine blood tests and blood chemistry results are <140 minutes (88,3%) and patient satisfactory with satisfaction result is (85%). Chi square value test about 0,00 (<0,05) so there is a connection between the waiting time for routine blood tests and blood chemistry results with the patient satisfactory at RSUD Dr.S.Soetijono Clinical Laboratory Blora. Short service waiting time is needed to create satisfaction in patients in the hospital. Officers are expected to be more commitment and discipline in providing services and in accordance with the time that had been set up.
