Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Promotion, Facilities, and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. With the sampling method using the Accidental Sampling technique that is sampling by chance. This study uses multiple regression analysis. Many retail companies are currently developing such as Alfamart, Indomart, Alfamidi, Chocomart, and Circle K who want to meet the desires and needs of their customers. Consumer service must be the main focus of every retail company where consumer satisfaction is the main focus for many companies to win the competition. The promotion of products offered with the support of good facilities and quality service is the main capital to meet needs and create customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the first hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the proposed hypothesis is that Promotion (X1), Facility (X2), Service Quality (X3) have simultaneous and significant influence on customer satisfaction, and the truth is proven by significance test or F test. the simultaneous effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is significant because the P value of Sig is 0.000 less than 0.05.
